Our client’s septic tank was clogged yesterday, so we came out and located the tank. It was very deep and the tank needed to be dug up with an excavator to be pumped. After we located the tank, we gave the client estimates for different options. They went with Risers (ground level green lids to access the tank) and the Tank Reset (the best pumping service we offer). Today, we have completed the project, excavated the tank, installed risers cleared the clog, pumped the tank completely clean and the client appreciated our work so much, they signed up for our Lifetime Membership VIP Club! We wrapped up the project by clearing off the green lid riser and putting down seed and straw over the excavation site.
