Client received a call from their local utility board to let them know there was an issue with their plumbing system. Upon diagnosis, we discovered bad piping in the crawlspace and underground. We included adding in a cleanout to the sewer lateral repair so if anything does block up the drain, there would be easy access to clear the drain.
