I am pleased with this service. The techs showed up ahead of time - but called me before to make sure that would work. They were courteous and professional. I was glad that they came since they discovered that the capacitor was on its very last legs and needed to be replaced. Since I am soon to be selling this home, I certainly would not want the heat pump seizing up and the motor burning out. This is why I do maintenance checks regularly! I'd rather pay a minor repair cost than have to put in a whole new heat pump!

Chris, Dakota, and Jeff showed up on time and worked hard all day. We got a new HVAC system and a tankless water heater all in one day! Originally contacted concerning active leak in shower plumbing. Randy & Ryan quickly determined it was more than that. After giving me helpful suggestions, they offered to do a look around under the house. They identified an issue with a rotting gas line. Replaced gas piping and outdoor faucet. Professional, Responsive, Prompt, and Outstanding quality work. So glad a neighbor recommended them. I recommend them.

Levi was great. Installed two hanging fixtures and while he was here checked our panel, etc. Found a problem with our panel and replaced faulty and old circuit breakers as well as installing a needed whole home surge protector.

I can't say enough good things about Hero Services. Dakota and Chris were not only professional, kind, and helpful, but incredibly diligent in their repair of our A/C unit. They gave me multiple options on how they could service our system and answered EVERY question I had! I feel like I've known them for years! In the Summer of 2017, my wife noticed her hair was severely damaged and began to fall out. She researched the plausible causes and concluded it might be a hard water issue. We called Hero to have them test our water. What we found was shocking: - We had more chlorine in our water than the average public swimming pool. - The water hardness was off the charts. - And we had more traces of TDS (total dissolved solids such as metals, minerals, and ions) in our water than what was deemed acceptable. We agreed to have them install a whole-house water filtration system as well as a reverse osmosis unit in our kitchen for drinking water. With a 5 year old also in the house, it was a no-brainer. Today, our home remains safer and cleaner than ever before, providing worry-free water and a priceless peace of mind that has Hero Services at the top of my list to call for ANY need! THANK YOU!!

Jordan came for my yearly plumbing inspection which is covered under my lifetime contract. He noticed my garbage disposal was rusting and suggested a new disposal. The old one hadn't worked very well for a while but the new one is great! No problems at all and works like a charm. Get the lifetime contract, SO worth it.

Keagan and Richie did a great job replacing our old plugs/switches and making our older house feel a lot safer!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. We live out if state and had rental in need of repair. We called and have a plumber in an hour. He found the leak, fixed it and left the area clean. If you live in Knoxville area, this should be your go to plumber. It’s sometimes hard to find professionals that are small enough to treat you like a neighbor , and yet large enough to be able to handle all of your plumbing needs. Thanks so much, will use again!!!

Our dryer wasn’t venting properly so we called Hero Services and I am so glad we did. Every step of the process was easy and the customer service was excellent. I had a 30yr old a/c system that was no long efficient. Hero installed a new trane system with a dynamic indoor air quality with oxidizer and uv light. Saved on my electric bill. And able to breathe better.

We had an outside electrical outlet that was no longer working. Kevin came and very quickly diagnosed and repaired it. Kevin explained everything to us and was very professional. We recommend Hero Services for all of your electrical needs and we will use them again if needed.

These folks have always treated me well and their work is excellent. I've consistently used them for my annual plumbing & HVAC maintenance, and they've also installed a U/V air filtration system and a whole-home water softening system for me. I've been very pleased with everything they've done so far.

Had problems with my panel and they came right out and help me

After no response from 3 other electric companies; Hero’s immediately answered my phone call and gave me an appointment for an electrician to come out within a few days of calling. After assessing my needs, I got an on sight quote and they started the job immediately. They were professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They explained everything they needed to do to get the job done so there were no surprises. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. I Even signed up for their annual maintenance plan. Very satisfied. Appears to be a highly efficient and organized company centered on customer service. I highly recommend them. Since I couldn’t get another electrician to call me back, I can’t say if their pricing is comparable or not; but given their quick response, I’m sure if we paid a little more, it was well worth it.

I have used Hero Services for years, and becoming a lifetime member was one of the best decisions I made when we bought our current house. They come annually to check the plumbing and flush drains and have always fixed issues we've had, from burst pipes to replacing a garbage disposal, in quick and effective fashion. Now that they do HVAC work as well, I am especially glad to rely on them.

We had an ancient water regulator leak in our basement garage. Hero got to us in a timely manner. Technician Riley arrived at the appointed time, and Hero texted me his name and his picture saying he was in his way. What a nice thing to do! He took care of our problem & explained exactly what he was going to do to remedy our problem--not easy as we have old galvanized pipes. I highly recommend Hero for every step was professional & competent.

Chris and Dakota came out the same day I called, fixed my HVAC problem quickly, and efficiently. They’re friendly to my kids and pets. Just a real pleasure to work with. Had a main line water leak. Will diagnosed the problem, and had service scheduled quickly. Chad performed the repair and did an excellent job.

We had a leak from the water heater fixed by Pickette. The service was fast and efficient. A couple days later we discovered another leak in our crawl space. They sent another technician out, Jordan to assess the leak. They did not charge us an additional service fee. Jordan found our issue and called to explain the situation and options. They were able to get the work completed the next day! After repairs happened on the main issue, Jordan located and fixed additional issues. All work was explained prior to completing and done quickly and thoroughly. Jordan was kind, and respectful. He cleaned the area after completing his work.

Levi is a great electrician. He came for annual inspection and made suggestions to things that would improve my house. I never felt pressured to do any of them but did. He made everything very clear including costs upfront. The expense was my choice - otherwise annual inspection would have been free. Great company, honest.

I called Hero Services to come out and check an issue where our hot water heater pilot light goes out periodically. Zach arrived right on schedule and fully checked out the hot water heater. No definitve issue was identified but he provided thoughts and info on several things to try to see if it will reduce or eliminate the problem. He was very thorough in his analysis and answered all of my questions. Nice work!

These guys where good and very professional with my leach field install. Not so helpful with follow up after the field dirt settled where the drain pipes where installed and left small valleys in the field . If your getting leach fields put in be aware.

Lucas & Kevin not only spent as long as they & I needed, to cover the warranty of a previous install (going above what was required) to spending time to discuss future problems (not install related) to permanently fix the potential leak. I'm a truck driver, on the road, six days a week. Had been having problems with drains backing up, kept pouring drain cleaner in them, and they would be fine for a while. Daughter's bathroom flooded in the middle of the night, began calling septic tank services the next morning. I ended up making an appointment with Hero Services. Anthony and Robert took charge and explained what needed to be done, and did it all in one day. I am very happy with their work, and now my plumbing is working as it is supposed to again. I will definitely call them with any plumbing issues in the future.

Our A/C went out on a weekend, and Chris and Dakota were there on a Saturday evening, within an hour of our call. They were incredibly helpful, thorough, and friendly. They did a thorough inspection, laid out our options in clear English, and once we’d made our choice, they were there Monday morning to replace both of our HVAC units. The job was done cleanly, in a single day, and we’re very happy with the outcome. Definitely recommended.

Chris M and Bill M came out to service our HVAC unit today. First of all, we called them yesterday (a Sunday) when our heat stopped working and the thermostat went blank. They were here in less than 24 hours. They quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it. They went into our attic and replaced a transformer. They had all parts needed and were in and out in 45 minutes. They were professional, kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about these guys and this company. They left information on their membership program which also seems fantastic. I would absolutely recommend them. 5 stars!

We purchased our home less than a year ago and have run into a few issues with the plumbing already. Will came out and checked all of the water sources in the home and even in the crawl space to figure out where problems may be coming from. He found the water heater was leaking, apparently a lot of the pipes have improper fittings, the kitchen sink was installed incorrectly, a few other items. He was quick with setting up a quote for us and since we have issues with our whole home, we had to sign up for the financing option which was quick and painless as well.

I initially passed up this company, because of the name. I thought it was just a gimmick. But after calling 17 other companies, all of which said they had same day service in their ads, but couldn't be out for 3 days, I gave go hero a try. Even though I had explained to the other companies that I had all my toilets clogged and two invalids that were in need of a restroom later today, none could come out on that Friday afternoon. They said they might be able to make it either Monday or Tuesday. GoHero, was not only courteous and professional on the phone, their technician, Casey, was truly a kind man, prepared to do the work, and had a winning smile throughout the repair. He even waited for us to approve the estimate before starting his work. Because of this experience, I will call GoHero first before any other company.

My exterior's spigot had a vacuum breaker that failed. Hero Service was reachable by phone on the weekend and they booked me appointment for Monday to come out and fix the problem. The techs Jordan and Ryan arrived on time and got straight to the repair after I showed them the problem. They told me up front what the fix would be and the total cost out the door. The solution to what broke on the spigot was to replace the whole spigot. The new one looks much better than the original one! I appreciate the prompt schedule Hero Services had for me and the techs were great - professional, knowledgeable, and kind.

I can't say enough good things about Hero Services. Dakota and Chris were not only professional, kind, and helpful, but incredibly diligent in their repair of our A/C unit. They gave me multiple options on how they could service our system and answered EVERY question I had! I feel like I've known them for years! In the Summer of 2017, my wife noticed her hair was severely damaged and began to fall out. She researched the plausible causes and concluded it might be a hard water issue. We called Hero to have them test our water. What we found was shocking: - We had more chlorine in our water than the average public swimming pool. - The water hardness was off the charts. - And we had more traces of TDS (total dissolved solids such as metals, minerals, and ions) in our water than what was deemed acceptable. We agreed to have them install a whole-house water filtration system as well as a reverse osmosis unit in our kitchen for drinking water. With a 5 year old also in the house, it was a no-brainer. Today, our home remains safer and cleaner than ever before, providing worry-free water and a priceless peace of mind that has Hero Services at the top of my list to call for ANY need! THANK YOU!!

've been working with the Hero crew for a few years now on multiple repair/installation projects. Ben and Jordan have been to the house working on plumbing issues, Chris and Dekota had replaced and maintained the HVAC, and Adrian and Justin handling any electrical issues. Everyone has been extremely thorough and professional. Pricing is fair and transparent. I've had a couple of instances where I thought there was an issue, but turned out to be a flipped breaker (embarrassing on my end) or just a loose connection. In those instances there wasn't even a service charge. I had paid for the VIP package and I'm sure that helps; it is worth every penny. The office team is also top notch, getting services scheduled quickly. Before the techs come out, the office gives a call. Shortly after I get a text when the tech is coming and it also includes a picture of the individual. These folks always leave my home in better condition than when they arrived. Thank you Hero Team!

After an uncomfortable night in a hotel I received a call that they were going to once again make me a priority and fix my problem on Thursday. After our positive experience with Hero Services in the past, when a plumbing issue cropped up that I could not DIY myself out of, we called on Hero again. The high level alarm and the electrical outlets for the alarm, float and pump all had to be replaced because of malfunction. The technician came out and inspected the system, found the problem and got the part ordered to fix it properly. Anthony was very nice and explained everything he did and what needed to be done to correct our issues. Update 2-12-23: After having the work done last year, our pump wasn't working and we called them and had a new one in about 3 days later. Continued appreciation for the work and reliability of all the guys who've helped us.

I was thinking I could wait until Saturday to have a plumber come fix the little bit of smelly water seeping into my bathtub . i was running a load of laundry and with in an hour I discovered my tub was half full of blue /black water. I called around 6:00 pm to see if someone could come out Fri night. Tim showed up with in an hour and the problem was solved in about an hour. Surprisingly the fee was affordabl. Tristen gave us a quote that was literally 1/2 of what the other 4 contractors were offering. No-brainer, very reasonable pricing. Josh, Zach, and their crew killed it. We had our entire duct system replaced, along with a touch up "dog house" from a terrible job with the previous "contractor." These guys were true professionals. They communicated with me throughout the process, then they went above and beyond by coming back to do spray foam in a couple problem spots, and then Josh broke out his heat gun and showed me exactly where my problem spots are. Then they told me how I could improve my insulation without trying to sell me stuff I couldn't afford - I can't put a price tag on that. They gave me such valuable advice and answered all my questions. These guys don't mess around. I am hoping they will give just as reasonable pricing and provide just as professional services for electric and plumbing, because I feel I can truly trust these guys, and that's rare.

After starting my day with a cold shower and dreading the expense that was looming, Hero exceeded all my expectations. The initial call was extremely helpful as I didn’t know if this was electrical or plumbing related, but they assessed the issue over the phone and sent the perfect person for the job. Within 3 hours of the initial call, Levi had arrived and fixed the issue! Levi was incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He walked me through what the issue was, then fixed it in no time! He also walked me through a few other items that could potentially be issues and gave me options as to how to get them corrected. Chase and Anthony were 2 hrs ahead of their arrival time, unlike another company who never showed for two appointment times. Very professional, fast and efficient. They charged $260 to unclog my toilet line, which seems high until you see how quick and hassle free they make it, and I didn't have to worry about me damaging anything myself had I attempted the same thing. Definitely recommend this company.

We hired GoHero Home Services to inspect our HVAC, and both units and air handlers needed replacing. They installed two new Trane Sere 20 units that are amazing. We also had them install UV and other high tech items that zap allergens and bacteria as it enters the ventilation. No more mold for us! We had them come back for electrical repairs of bad receptacles in the house, and then again to replace both water heaters, install a home filtration system, new shower, and install a pressure relief valve. All done by professionals who were super knowledgeable, considerate, polite, and efficient. We even purchased their life time maintenance package that protects all of our equipment and includes 4 free yearly inspections and maintenance. All in all, an amazing experience. We got what we paid for in value, and these days that is a rarity. Highly recommend!
