've been working with the Hero crew for a few years now on multiple repair/installation projects. Ben and Jordan have been to the house working on plumbing issues, Chris and Dekota had replaced and maintained the HVAC, and Adrian and Justin handling any electrical issues. Everyone has been extremely thorough and professional. Pricing is fair and transparent. I've had a couple of instances where I thought there was an issue, but turned out to be a flipped breaker (embarrassing on my end) or just a loose connection. In those instances there wasn't even a service charge. I had paid for the VIP package and I'm sure that helps; it is worth every penny. The office team is also top notch, getting services scheduled quickly. Before the techs come out, the office gives a call. Shortly after I get a text when the tech is coming and it also includes a picture of the individual. These folks always leave my home in better condition than when they arrived. Thank you Hero Team!

I had a complicated sewer problem. Several Hero Services teams came out. Every technician was skilled, polite, on time, and explained problems and procedures to me.

I used Hero Services for the First time today and I will will most Definitely be using them again, Ben & Ryan were Very Professional and Knowledgeable about the Problem I was having. We ended up having Sink Faucet Replaced along with Bathroom Shower and Faucets. Ben & Ryan worked together very well and got the job done and made sure we were Satisfied with the Service.We also Developed a Leak after the work was Done and they sent a Technician out to Access the Problem which he didn’t find and then left.The next morning I contacted the Company to see when someone would get back out to fix the problem. I was told between 1-3 so I went ahead and called the Service Mgr and explained the problem with him and 30-45min later I got a call saying they were on the way.When they got to my house it was Robert and Jordan they both were Very Nice and Professional and went right to work to Solve the leak, The day before when they Replaced the Shower Valves and Shower Head and Faucet and also Replaced the Kitchen faucet because we were told that the issue of intermittently hot water was due to the Shower Valves. When Robert started diagnosing the problem he discovered that the Check Valve that was put inline with the Heat System had failed and at this point I was very disappointed with what had been done because I’ve been through the same situation before with a different company.Robert and I talked about what had already been done that didn’t even fix the Initial problem and he said he would discuss with the Manager about how to make the situation right. Robert and Jordan came back with the part and Robert talked to me and we discussed what the Manager decided to do to make things right. I was Satisfied after talking to Robert and what Decisions had been made to Make things right after the way we had been treated by Previous Company.I would Highly Recommend the Company for the Services they Offer, It’s very Rare that you find a True Honest Company that will Truthfully stand behind their work and Treat Customers with the Respect that they should.

I'm a truck driver, on the road, six days a week. Had been having problems with drains backing up, kept pouring drain cleaner in them, and they would be fine for a while. Daughter's bathroom flooded in the middle of the night, began calling septic tank services the next morning. I ended up making an appointment with Hero Services. Anthony and Robert took charge and explained what needed to be done, and did it all in one day. I am very happy with their work, and now my plumbing is working as it is supposed to again. We hired GoHero Home Services to inspect our HVAC, and both units and air handlers needed replacing. They installed two new Trane Sere 20 units that are amazing. We also had them install UV and other high tech items that zap allergens and bacteria as it enters the ventilation. No more mold for us! We had them come back for electrical repairs of bad receptacles in the house, and then again to replace both water heaters, install a home filtration system, new shower, and install a pressure relief valve. All done by professionals who were super knowledgeable, considerate, polite, and efficient. We even purchased their life time maintenance package that protects all of our equipment and includes 4 free yearly inspections and maintenance. All in all, an amazing experience. We got what we paid for in value, and these days that is a rarity. Highly recommend!

Chris the lead service Technician and partner Dakota came to our house to do our free yearly inspection. So friendly and most important honest. We aren't really able to go up under our house due to back problems,and I know they did (after they had) I said I forgot to mention My nephew had did some work under there 2 yrs ago.A duct was loose,some water on a tarp,and maybe some mold.They said yes we saw where he repaired it but it's fine,and no leaks or mold. I mentioned for a month, air vents were blowing air twice as hard. It was because there was a leak in the air conditioning coil. Our unit is 22 yrs old and has been worked on 3x. They gave us a cheaper way to fix it etc. We went with a new unit.It was a great price for a Trane we chose.(my son checked other places) And wow they came a day later to install it. They could have easily gotten over us with things. Also, everyone at the office is very friendly too. Thank you hero Service for being a rare service to find these days.

We moved to Louisville, TN in June of last year with the purchase of our new home. All was well, except the fan in the master bedroom had issues. Not wanting to fool with electricity, and not knowing electrical service I searched the web and found Hero's Electric out of Knoxville with exceptional reviews. Called on Thursday and a technician was at home by 10 am the next day. The technician-David- was super personable, professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Diagnosed the issue, quoted a price, and now the master bedroom is ready for summer! My wife will be so happy! Its rate today for a company to live up to expections; Hero exceeded my expectations! We had to have our HVAC system replaced due to a leak in the ceiling. They were able to get us taken care of immediately. Eli came out the same day to assess the situation. Jake and Tyler worked until 10:00 pm the next day, determined to get everything up and running for us. They were professional, hard working and pleasant. I wouldn’t hesitate to use GoHero again.

I can't say enough good things about Hero Services. Dakota and Chris were not only professional, kind, and helpful, but incredibly diligent in their repair of our A/C unit. They gave me multiple options on how they could service our system and answered EVERY question I had! I feel like I've known them for years! In the Summer of 2017, my wife noticed her hair was severely damaged and began to fall out. She researched the plausible causes and concluded it might be a hard water issue. We called Hero to have them test our water. What we found was shocking: - We had more chlorine in our water than the average public swimming pool. - The water hardness was off the charts. - And we had more traces of TDS (total dissolved solids such as metals, minerals, and ions) in our water than what was deemed acceptable. We agreed to have them install a whole-house water filtration system as well as a reverse osmosis unit in our kitchen for drinking water. With a 5 year old also in the house, it was a no-brainer. Today, our home remains safer and cleaner than ever before, providing worry-free water and a priceless peace of mind that has Hero Services at the top of my list to call for ANY need! THANK YOU!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, there is no doubt in my mind that Daniel H., Janet, and your team at Hero Services would be deserving of it. Not only did Daniel H repair my leaky bathtub faucet and install a new shower faucet, he was kind enough to help us move a huge loft bed (to get to the back of the shower) in order to complete the task. Extremely professional, courteous, and the right man for the job. I will highly recommend Hero Services to all my friends, and they will be my first call for future needs!

Technicians are always good to deal with, he installed our water filter very quickly. Was very professional and let us know the ins and outs of it.

The high level alarm and the electrical outlets for the alarm, float and pump all had to be replaced because of malfunction. The technician came out and inspected the system, found the problem and got the part ordered to fix it properly. Anthony was very nice and explained everything he did and what needed to be done to correct our issues. Update 2-12-23: After having the work done last year, our pump wasn't working and we called them and had a new one in about 3 days later. Continued appreciation for the work and reliability of all the guys who've helped us.

These guys where good and very professional with my leach field install. Not so helpful with follow up after the field dirt settled where the drain pipes where installed and left small valleys in the field . If your getting leach fields put in be aware.

I can always count on these guys to address my issues. Today, during my inspection, they found a leak behind my shower and it could have ended up to be disastrous. They fixed two toilets and cleared my shower drain of serious calcium. The team was Aaron Tatum, Jordan White that found my calcium and fixed my toilets. They found the calcium and called the drain techs, Anthony Alegria and Nathaniel Collins came and broke it all up and cleared it clean. I am a Lifetime member and count on these guys! They are my heroes.

First of all, Hero Home Services stands by their work/warranty. Secondly, their veteran staff are excellent at their knowledge & professionalism of their trades. Lucas & Kevin not only spent as long as they & I needed, to cover the warranty of a previous install (going above what was required) to spending time to discuss future problems (not install related) to permanently fix the potential leak. Very good experience, great service!

While trying to put in a new HVAC system we discovered the whole under our house was filled with water. Hero services led by Kenny’s team did an awesome job. We had to have the whole crawl space drained of water, all of our drain pipes torn out and new ones put in. During an inspection by Hero Services the service tech noticed a problem with the duct work in our crawl space. He quoted a price to replace the section, which we agreed to. A few days later the repair crew came out to replace the bad section of duct work. They realized the problem was not as bad as it initially looked and were able to repair it without all the replacement work. The result was I now have a better working air flow, and it cost les than half the initial estimate! Good job, Hero! I appreciate the honesty and integrity of your workers.

We had a leak from the water heater fixed by Pickette. The service was fast and efficient. A couple days later we discovered another leak in our crawl space. They sent another technician out, Jordan to assess the leak. They did not charge us an additional service fee. Jordan found our issue and called to explain the situation and options. They were able to get the work completed the next day! After repairs happened on the main issue, Jordan located and fixed additional issues. All work was explained prior to completing and done quickly and thoroughly. Jordan was kind, and respectful. He cleaned the area after completing his work.

Daniel installed a water softener and hot water re-circulator and did an outstanding job. He found a creative solution to find a drain for the water softener discharge since the installation location does not have a floor drain. He also programmed the water softener with recommended settings and showed me how to use the smartphone app that the water softener used. I highly recommend Hero Services.

i like that hero services covers many different needs like plumbing and electrical. they offer a lifetime maintenance plan that i will find very useful. Hero Services provides the best customer service for all home systems. I had my annual electrical systems inspection recently. My HERO technician arrived on time and noticed that there was voltage fluctuation in my circuit breakers. He quickly went to the HERO supply depot and replaced the breakers. He also noticed that the ground wire for my natural gas intake was severed and reconnected it to the ground post.I can always count on HERO Services to provide first-rate expertise and service.

I was thinking I could wait until Saturday to have a plumber come fix the little bit of smelly water seeping into my bathtub . i was running a load of laundry and with in an hour I discovered my tub was half full of blue /black water. I called around 6:00 pm to see if someone could come out Fri night. Tim showed up with in an hour and the problem was solved in about an hour. Surprisingly the fee was affordabl. We had an ancient water regulator leak in our basement garage. Hero got to us in a timely manner. Technician Riley arrived at the appointed time, and Hero texted me his name and his picture saying he was in his way. What a nice thing to do! After our positive experience with Hero Services in the past, when a plumbing issue cropped up that I could not DIY myself out of, we called on Hero again. It was like a re-play of our first service cycle. Everything went as planned, the tech (Aaron) was a total pro every step of the way and our situation was resolved promptly. Aaron went above and beyond as well. When asked to provide estimates on a number of other lingering plumbing issues, Aaron provided the estimates along with some options going forward. That and the JPG image files of the completed work that arrived via email with my invoice only further cemented our admiration for Hero Services. Thanks to everyone at Hero!

We purchased our home less than a year ago and have run into a few issues with the plumbing already. Will came out and checked all of the water sources in the home and even in the crawl space to figure out where problems may be coming from. He found the water heater was leaking, apparently a lot of the pipes have improper fittings, the kitchen sink was installed incorrectly, a few other items. He was quick with setting up a quote for us and since we have issues with our whole home, we had to sign up for the financing option which was quick and painless as well.

Things he suggested, I obtained second opinion from a family relative that is a master electrician. Our toilets stopped flushing and started backing up into the tub and shower. Anthony came out to inspect the septic tank. He dug up the tank lids, added a riser and snaked the drain from the septic tank into the house. He was unable to get everything draining properly so he set us up with a plumbing technician who is due out later today. Anthony was extremely polite and professional, took his time to explain every step. We were impressed enough by him that we bought the lifetime service agreement.

Our A/C went out on a weekend, and Chris and Dakota were there on a Saturday evening, within an hour of our call. They were incredibly helpful, thorough, and friendly. They did a thorough inspection, laid out our options in clear English, and once we’d made our choice, they were there Monday morning to replace both of our HVAC units. The job was done cleanly, in a single day, and we’re very happy with the outcome. Definitely recommended.

A representative came onsite to looked at the end product and listen to me. Just as all Service Hero staff, he was professional and enjoyable to talk with. Seriously, I don't think any other company would do so much to keep a customer happy. Original post below: The good: Onsite techs are good, courteous, and seem to care. The phone support staff is amazing! I would hire any of them on the spot. My previous experiences with Service Heroes have been pleasant. The most recent project is by far the most expensive I've had with Service Heroes. The other: Hero Services is upfront on the fact they are above average price. I feel it is worth paying for quality, honesty, and timeliness. They failed on all three of these with my recent experience. Four times the new shower came in damaged. Hero Services then changed suppliers on me. They said it was an "upgrade". Weeks later I still don't have a functioning master shower. The last time they came they installed a shower. They said there were just a few small items to finish. HOWEVER, they then say they will be back in a week to finish. Excuse me! I'm out of a bathroom. They originally cancelled my scheduled day one. And then Service Heroes thinks it's okay to finish the finishing tasks a week later! I have a small house. Every time they come I have to dust and wash everything. Construction dust is not good for my family's health. The shower looks terrible and is small. I ended up paying for a downgrade. I've taken numerous days off work and they cancelled or didn't finish the job. Their supplier issue is apparently my problem and they made me aware of that. It is worth paying a premium for quality products, services, and timeliness. Service Heroes has failed me on all of these items. And one last item, I live across the street from their office. Yet everyday they showed up it wasn't an early start.

Jordan and Joey did an excellent job in fixing a pin-hole leak in a pipe and replacing our aging hot water heater. They explained the various corrective options clearly and then went the extra mile to get all of the work completed by the end of the day. Great professional work done by some great guys!

I used Hero Services before on a pretty tough job and thought they did great and were reasonably priced. On 4-4-23 I used them again after I ran over a riser and figured we would replace it and pump the tank. The tech said it would cost me over $700 plus dollars to pump my tank. Needless to say I said a firm no on the over priced tank pump. I got online and wrote a review. A rep actually called me and explained the tech’s quote and what he was thinking which made sense. He then offered me a $350 dollar tank pump which is the standard in my area. They didn’t have to do that, I mean the review I wrote wasn’t the worst. Still they went out of their way to keep a customer which makes it a stand up business and I appreciate that. Not only that, they also do a good job.

Always on time or early to do the work. Surpassed themselves by calling two day's early to do work. Levi who had done the original work was scared he had done something wrong. He had not we had added garage doors which required an additional circuit and outlet boxes. Another save by Hero Services since the original contractor did not wire electrical outlets in the garage. Neither did he provide plumbing. Both of which Hero Services did quickly and expertly. We plan on utilizing Hero Services for all our Electrical HVAC and plumbing work. They are truly HEROES

Levi is a great electrician. He came for annual inspection and made suggestions to things that would improve my house. I never felt pressured to do any of them but did. He made everything very clear including costs upfront. The expense was my choice - otherwise annual inspection would have been free. Great company, honest.

My rental house was having drainage issues in both bathrooms this past weekend. We called Hero services and were able to have them come out the same day to fix the issue. Chase and Anthony were awesome! Very helpful, professional guys who did a great job at fixing everything efficiently. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in need of a job well done.

Daniel arrived to troubleshoot and repair our water heater. He was professional, friendly, and very craft knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the problem and provided us with multiple corrective options. We opted for a new tankless water heater. Daniel returned to his shop, prepped the new water heater, and then returned to install it. He worked well past his normal work hours to ensure we had hot water before he left. I'm so glad I took a chance on this company. Their thoroughness, professionalism, communication, friendliness and pricing was beyond anything I ever imagined. They're the only company I will be calling in the future for any project that they can do. I had recently moved to the area and didn't know any company I could call for my repairs. I took a chance after seeing their advertisement, and I am so glad I did. I called with some replacement plumbing I needed done. I expected it to be a few days before they could send someone out for an estimate. I was shocked when they said they could send someone that day. I already had plans, so we scheduled for the next business day. Then, they surprised me again. They sent me a text message that said the person was ready to head my way and asked if it was still ok to send him. After I replied, they sent another message that included a photo of the representative, and a link so I could track his location and his time of arrival. When he arrived he was friendly, and I have to throw this in, dressed in a clean uniform. He did a thorough inspection of what I needed, and found some other issues, which he photographed to show me. We discussed everything that needed to be done, and he was able to arrange financing within minutes. I was expecting him to say that it would be at least two weeks before they could start. Boy was I surprised when he said they could start the next day! The next day I received another text with the photos and tracking link of the two technicians that were coming. This job took four days and they did this every morning. They would also call to let me know when they were heading out. When they arrived they were dressed in clean uniforms and introduced themselves. I showed them where everything was and they went over everything they were going to do that day. They were both very nice and professional. They took the time to meet my dogs for a few minutes so the dogs would be comfortable with them being here. Before they left for lunch, they gave me a progress report and told me what they planned to do when they came back after lunch. At the end of the day, they gave me another progress report and explained what the plans were for the next day. They also cleaned up after themselves, and if they had moved anything, they put it back. For four days, they continued with the updates and cleaning up after themselves. A couple of issues were found during their repairs. They explained them, and gave me my options. There was NEVER just one option that I would be forced to take. Even with the additional work, they finished on the day they had anticipated. .

We had HERO Services come out on Wednesday to change the bulbs in our tall ceiling. Michael S and Richie O came out and were able to change 2 lights. The other ones were too high and we were told that they would have to come back the next day with a longer ladder in order to complete this job. We appreciated their honesty about telling us up front that there would be an extra charge for bringing a different ladder. We agreed to this.The next day right on time Michael S and Richie O showed up and not only did they bring the extra long ladder, they brought another Technician named Kevin to act as a guide while Michael & Richie maneuvered the ladder around. Our lights were all changed and the HERO Services Team carefully took the ladder down and out of our house. Once again HERO Services did an outstanding job and gave us excellent customer service. Thanks again to the Team of Michael S, Richie O and Kevin.

Lucas did a phenomenal job repairing our septic system. He was punctual, courteous, patient, friendly, efficient, and gave us very helpful advice.

Tristen gave us a quote that was literally 1/2 of what the other 4 contractors were offering. No-brainer, very reasonable pricing. Josh, Zach, and their crew killed it. We had our entire duct system replaced, along with a touch up "dog house" from a terrible job with the previous "contractor." These guys were true professionals. They communicated with me throughout the process, then they went above and beyond by coming back to do spray foam in a couple problem spots, and then Josh broke out his heat gun and showed me exactly where my problem spots are. Then they told me how I could improve my insulation without trying to sell me stuff I couldn't afford - I can't put a price tag on that. They gave me such valuable advice and answered all my questions. These guys don't mess around. I am hoping they will give just as reasonable pricing and provide just as professional services for electric and plumbing, because I feel I can truly trust these guys, and that's rare.

I appreciated the text alerts letting me know when they were on the way and provided name and photo of the person who was assigned to my job. During the recent flooding in Clinton my basement turned into and indoor swimming pool. The flood waters reached the back of my house and backed up through my plumbing into the basement. Daniel H was very patient and helpful with answering all my questions and provided a step by step plan to address my plumbing repair needs. I had the pleasure of dealing with Keegan who did an electrical check. He discovered that my house was missing 3 smoke detectors, all in vital areas (kitchen, dining room, living room). The rest of the house was covered adequately. He also advised me that the breaker panel had outdated breakers & recommended their replacement. I woke up last Tuesday morning to my sewer backing up into my house(Yuck!) I called several local plumbers and Hero Services made me a priority and arrived at my home in the early afternoon. Daniel and Lucas worked for several hours and diagnosed the problem as a broken pipe in my yard. We thought it would be the following Monday before they could come back out and fix the problem. After an uncomfortable night in a hotel I received a call that they were going to once again make me a priority and fix my problem on Thursday. Tim came Thursday morning and Isaiah later in the day and they worked tirelessly in the heat and made sure the problem was fixed correctly. I will use Hero Services for any future issues with my home. It’s not easy to find repair people that you can trust that show up and call back. Very impressed! Highly recommend!
